Pool heating is included during the shoulder seasons from March 1 to May 15 and September 15 to November 15. Pool heating is optional during winter months from November 16 to February 28 and is available for an additional fee of $50 per night, $300 per week, or $700 per month. Pool heating must be requested and paid for in advance during the off season.

The home includes two inviting queen bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and private access to the back deck overlooking the pool and professionally landscaped yard. A second full bathroom is located off the hall, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home and includes a dedicated coffee bar with a Nespresso, Keurig, French press, and hot water kettle for easy, relaxed mornings.

Outside, you’ll find a beautifully maintained setting with citrus trees, a private pool, outdoor shower, screened porch, fire pit, and a peaceful yard that feels tucked away and relaxing after a day at the beach. Your stay also includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to make beach days easy and stress-free.
