Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, holidays, local demand, and length of stay. Pool heating is included during the shoulder seasons from March 1 to May 15 and September 15 to November 15. Cleaning fees, taxes, and any optional add-ons may vary by platform. Pool heating is optional during winter months from November 16 to February 28 and is available for an additional fee of $50 per night, $300 per week, or $700 per month. Pool heating must be requested in advance.;
